Using time wisely from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

You must go back and read Elle's answers to my questions. It sounds like she had loads of stuff, but it was all neatly organized. A "catastrophic" event (needing a new carpet) was when she realized that she had too much. 

For me, the moment was when we had a water leak in the basement. Nothing was damaged (we were blessed), but the walls and floors had to be redone, so everything had to be moved. That was my moment.

Three birds with one stone! from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

We all have those days - you get "lots" done but have nothing to show for it! 

Yesterday was the day to get the car's tires switched. In the morning, I worked on the project for this morning's applique class, which I am able to double-dip for tomorrow's digital cutter class. 

All I can say about that, for the moment, is that cutting fabric with my Brother Scan and Cut is child's play. Why was I "afraid" of using it before? Oh -- I know -- because I had no idea how to make it work and had never ...

Can too much excitement kill you? from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

The show MUST go on! For whatever reason, my internet at home isn't happy this morning. At first, I thought it was my computer, but I didn't have much open. But even after restarting the computer, it wouldn't work, so I'm currently using my cell phone as a hotspot, and I'm connected! 

I have two Zoom this morning, so let's hope that everything is back to normal by then, although I can use my phone to hotspot if need be. And I'm happy to report that the presentations are DONE! I could have ...

There is so much good in this world! from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

Since I'm trying to get my life under control (LOL), and I didn't feel comfortable with that lottery business, I decided to contact the OLG (Ontario Lottery and Gaming). I got to the website and discovered I could talk to an agent on the computer. So we went back and forth, and she asked questions -- what time was I there, where did I buy the ticket, what date was the draw, etc. Never once did she say that this could never happen. She was very professional about the entire thing.
